Christian came to my house and was very nice. He took pictures of the area that needed repair, then sent me an estimate, scheduled the repair and the work is complete. No issues of any kind. The best part of the transaction, is that I didn't have to wait to be placed on the schedule.

They made a special trip to meet with my insurance company since there was wind damage and they wanted to make sure any questions the insurance might have were answered by a professional so I could qualify for the approval for an entire new roof.
