At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They do not have full control of worker schedules and quality. This will cause issues! I have a flat roof that needed repair and they sub-contracted out to another company who did a poor job. They did not add foam underlay for water shedding, no ventilation was included, and no top caps for parapets were installed. I now have an unfinished roof that is likely a mold nightmare. I have spent 4 months back and forth with them promising to come back and fix it with zero action. I now have a pending lawsuit for all the money I spent for an improper roof. Hire a company that owns equipment and hires workers on staff."
