"The garden was cleaned of all the Fall leaves and dead perennials and an application of 5 cu. yards of mulch applied over a two day period. I was able to work along side Simeon and the garden was nicely put to bed for the winter."

"Completely satisfied with the tons of trash removed from my property and how much Veronica and Shannon looked around to make sure it's all gone. Landscapers that came a couple weeks later did not find much hiding in the tall grass which shows how thorough the trash removal was."

"I highly recommend this Landscaper. He was on time for our scheduled estimate and offered to complete the work and offered to complete the job immediately. His work was thoughtful, professional and impressive. Within a couple of hours he hauled out tons of yard waste that would have taken me days to clear out and even removed leaves from my garden beds. My yard looked amazing. 5 stars"

"They used a blower to remove the stuff in the gutters. Much of it flew everywhere to include the roof, lawn, and concrete areas. That stuff that landed on the roof will probably wash back into the gutters at the frist rains. But what I'm really concerned about is possible damage done to the roof by the blower which was a very strong one. Won't know for sure until the rainy season starts. If I have my gutters cleaned again it won't be by blower."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Top Notch Junk Removal to haul away two stoves from my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the owner was amazing to work with. His courteous demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly set the tone for the entire process. Not only was he quick to reply to my initial inquiry, but he also took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. On the day of the removal, he arrived right on time, ready to get the job done. The punctuality was greatly appreciated. Not only prompt, but also efficient, removing the stoves without any hassle. Overall, my experience with Top Notch Junk Removal was nothing short of outstanding. The professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency truly set him apart. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of junk removal, and I will certainly be calling again in the future. Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Professionals are trained in identifying hazardous materials and utilize industry-approved methods for safe handling and disposal. They adhere to regulatory frameworks to protect health and the environment, ensuring all materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.

Some companies offer hazardous waste removal, but additional fees and special handling procedures may be required.

Disposing of old paint, bleach, oil, and fertilizer should be handled by a company that specializes in this kind of waste. Many private junk removal companies do not dispose of these items. Because these materials are hazardous to the environment and dangerous to handle or dispose of improperly, you should confirm with your local municipality about places to take hazardous materials for safe disposal.

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.

If your roof was constructed between 1930 and 1970, there’s a possibility that the shingles contain asbestos. If that’s the case, you should hire a professional for repairs and replacement, as they’ll have the necessary equipment to stay safe from such a hazardous and cancer-causing substance. If your home was constructed after this period, it’s unlikely that the shingles in place are toxic. In most cases, asbestos shingles are not recyclable, while standard asphalt shingles are recyclable.
