"I highly recommend this Landscaper. He was on time for our scheduled estimate and offered to complete the work and offered to complete the job immediately. His work was thoughtful, professional and impressive. Within a couple of hours he hauled out tons of yard waste that would have taken me days to clear out and even removed leaves from my garden beds. My yard looked amazing. 5 stars"

"Christian arrived on time (well, a little early actually) and got right to work. He took all the wood scraps, trash, and even an old mattress from the side of my shed, leaving the area nearly spotless. Would definitely call again if needed!"

"Had bow-shaped Doug fir pushing against neighbor's fence. As most of tree was overhanging neighbor's yard, the guys had to have access into neighbor's property. Neighbor had just spend $1000 hydroseeding back yard into a puttting/driving green (golfer). The two guys came in and in about 2 hours, removed the tree without damaging neighbor's beautiful lawn, removed all of the branches and were gone, leaving zero evidence they had ever been there, except for the tree being gone! Their bid was also the lowest of three bids. They were punctual and friendly as well."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is recycling or donation, if possible. That way, the world can reduce its consumption of raw materials and the volume at which materials have to be treated and disposed of. If recycling or donation is not an option, most waste can be disposed of through landfills or incinerators, but their collection and treatment are separate from regular day-to-day waste disposal.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

Professionals are trained in identifying hazardous materials and utilize industry-approved methods for safe handling and disposal. They adhere to regulatory frameworks to protect health and the environment, ensuring all materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.

Some companies offer hazardous waste removal, but additional fees and special handling procedures may be required.
