Mike defrauded me by agreeing to, specifically, prune bushes and shrubs, fertilize the plants and shrubs and I nstall a handrail at front porch steps. I wound up with a worker who was out of his element in that he had not a firm grasp of what he was doing. He successfully trimmed appropriate plants with assistance, but severely damaged one shrub which I am hoping will recover over time. His representativ failed to fertilize the plants and left the site after no attempt to clean up the mess he left. I have been requesting Mike constantly, to return and finish the job I paid for in advance. Mike has continued to blow me off without completing the agreed upon work, and in my opinion owes me a refund. He has not come forward with a refund or completion of the work. I plan to file a claim in small claims court and visit the WA State Department of licensing to formally file a complaint against his license. In addition, I shall pursuit the possibility of filing charges against this Co. forfraud in Thurston County and with the WA Attorney General. Any potential customer hiring this charlatan risks financial damage!

They do excellent work. The only thing I didnâ  t like was their equipment. It leaked oil and hydraulic fluid all over my driveway and killed some of my grass. But other than that, they do excellent work, I would recommend them to anyone..

I would call them again as PNW Treelancers answered my call immediately and were able to set up a date within the next week. They came with all the equipment needed and did a super job for the whole day they were here.

I hired PNW after a really bad experience last year with a different company. The latter left behind a mess and did a lot of property damage while taking down a conifer next to my house. They didn't use any ropes and destroyed my yard. PNW owner Mike , George the foreman , and his crew did an exceptional job cutting and cleaning up after themselves. They cut huge branches from a very tall pine tree that created lots of debris and trimmed 4 others including maple trees. Once they were finished, everything looked as if they were never here. How refreshing! They were really careful doing their job and cleaned up to perfection. Very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend PNW.

I thought they would have some better equipment to work with. they had none of the Equipment shown in the FB ad. As a result, they did a poor job for the $ 1200 dollars I played.

Mike communicated throughout the project and did what needed to be done as things changed.

Very happy with how the workers took down a 145 foot tree very close to house. Tree landed just as planned without damaging a well shed or young trees near by.
