"I needed a new kitchen constructed in a basement laundry area with a concrete floor. While the area had natural gas, water and some electricity, it required extensive replumbing and figuring out how to obtain enough electricity for appliances, washer/dryer, three sets of ceiling and under-cabinet lighting AND a sauna. I also requested earthquake proofing and exterior lighting before the walls were closed in. Peter was phenomenal in creatively and efficiently solving every problem. He installed the cabinets so perfectly that the countermen asked who had done it. I recommend him unconditionally."

In full compliance with all Washington State requirements and current on workers compensation premiums. Why is this important to you? Companies that are NOT licensed, bonded and insured open the home owner up to no available recourse in the event that the job goes bad. If a non licensed company does more damage to your home there is no option for you the home owner to get help and corrections from an insurance company or from the bonding company. If work on your home is done by a company that is NOT current nor legally hire employees and someone hurts themselves while at your home, that person can be allowed to use your home owners insurance to cover medical bills and fee's related to their injury. It is important to do your research as the home owner to make sure that you are covered by the company you hire.
