"Prescott came to my house early Sunday morning after having contacted his company the night before. The drains on one side of my house were not working. He first checked the septic tank and then walked me through the steps to clear the drain lines on that side of the house. I had previously located the cleanout access so he was quickly able to examine it. We tested the system and were able to see the blocked drain line, He ran his machine for about 10 minutes start to finish and the blockage was gone. We then then tested, and everything seems to work. It was completely professional from start to finish. They charged me $99 for the service. Plus tax.. They recommended I pump the septic system and I will do so early this upcoming week. After that, they will send a camera crew to run a camera down the lines. I will absolutely call them first if I ever have an issue."

A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
