He come out for a complementary estimate the next day and had a written proposal the same day. I appreciated a detailed explanation that was given to me during the visit of the work and the warranty that will be done. I am not really tech savvy so the fact that they will take care of the set up and connect the cameras to be viewed on our tv was a selling point for me. Wade also applied a 10% discount on the total cost of the job even though the discount usually gets applied towards the hardware, which I am providing. Thus far, everything has been great. Looking forward to working with SVC. Update after the installation: 1.All of the cameras were installed without showing any wires. 2. The job was completed the same day. 3.
