"We are a business in Lynnwood and needed to cover our warehouse and offices with security cameras. We got 3 quotes and Jimmie was not the cheapest one but was the most transparent and clear on how everything was going to work. Not only that, from the 3 quotes Jimmie was the only one to clearly state the brand of camera, the pixels, the model and the DVR. The other people where not disclosing enough info, which made me doubt. The whole installation of 10 cameras in a 4000sq feet facility was done in 2 days. Jimmie then came back to the office and explained all the functions of the cameras, installed an app in my phone for remote viewing and spent maybe 1 hours doing that. I recommend these guys 100%. "I was shopping for a security system to be installed on the outside of our home. Found SVC Technology and contacted for a quote. Wade S, founder & president, responded right away. He come out for a complementary estimate the next day and had a written proposal the same day. I appreciated a detailed explanation that was given to me during the visit of the work and the warranty that will be done. I am not really tech savvy so the fact that they will take care of the set up and connect the cameras to be viewed on our tv was a selling point for me. Wade also applied a 10% discount on the total cost of the job even though the discount usually gets applied towards the hardware, which I am providing. Thus far, everything has been great. Looking forward to working with SVC. Update after the installation: 1.All of the cameras were installed without showing any wires. 2. The job was completed the same day. 3. Everything was kept clean. 4. Set up on tv and app was gone over to make sure I understand how to use it. 5. The price was very reasonable. 6. I will definitely recommend SVC to anyone looking for this type of service. Extremely happy! Thank you SVC team!"

"Kyle rapidly evaluated our situation of getting our new generator to connect to the circuits in an older home. Supplies were exceedingly delayed due to adverse weather conditions across the country. Only 4 stars for customer service because we were the ones who had to reach out to Kyle twice to find out what was going on. Eventual install of panel was on time and completed successfully without issues."
