"Jack installed a new security door on our front door, and replaced our back door with a custom steel door. He and his crew carefully covered the area to prevent any debris and dust from entering the rest of the house and thoughtfully protected all my plants. They were able to take in stride any unexpected work due to the door being a custom size. They poured some additional concrete to level out the threshold. In addition, they pointed out that Home Depot did not provide all the parts with one of the doors, so we can hopefully get some of the price refunded.
Overall, they did a great job. They provided quality professional work on time. Reliable, honest, and efficient. Highly recommended.

"Do it 'til you get it right about sums it up. it was a bit of trial & error with me inspecting the results to prompt a better result. Spent 4 hours to complete a 2 hour job, but only charged for the 2 hour minimum. The outlets & switch are secured on the wall studs solidly & trimmed out well with new sheet rock. Fortunately, I had the time & patience to make sure it was done well & the handyman/electrician had the perseverance to finish the job right for the minimum regardless of the time required."

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"I would highly recommend going through Freedom Systems for all of your security needs.  Jimmie came out and gave me a quote for a new security system and a high def camera system, he really knows his stuff.  We decided to forgo the camera system since we were able to integrate a camera into the security system.  Even though they were busy and short one installer, they went above and beyond to get our security system installed within a week.  The installers were quick, efficient and didn't leave a mess. There was an equipment malfunction, but they came back out next day to replace the part.  I am extremely happy with the whole experience.
