While he was there he checked the pump to ensure it was operating properly and assured me that everything else looked good. He said he would promptly fix the issue and gave me his card in the event I had any further questions. We signed up for their annual maintenance plan and we love being able to call them for any concerns we have, at no charge, and with priority scheduling! We have cancelled our home service warranty now that we have the Harts plan, as they cover plumbing, electrical, and will soon have HVAC services. Yes, I know that their prices might be a tad higher than others (although our jobs have been in line with other quotes) but it pays for their extensive training, warranty, knowledge, and great and responsive customer service. You get what you pay for and we are at the point in our life where we are ready to pay for quality and peace of mind."
