"We used Bartlett’s in 2017 and had a great experience. They were professional, responsive, and did a great job. In spring of 2020, we contacted them to trim some trees and take one out. Someone came out and we had a great discussion, and he said someone would call us in the fall. No one did. By the time we got someone on the phone, they couldn’t come until New Year’s Eve. When they did come out, they did the tree trim but took out the wrong tree- the one they took was an established rhododendron, instead of the scrub tree that clearly needed to go. They couldn’t do the stump removal because they hadn’t brought the right equipment. That meant another visit, and even then things were done wrong. It’s now been over a year since our original request, and the work STILL isn’t done. We’ve called at least 20 times, and although the receptionist is friendly and kind, no one ever calls back. I understand that 2020 was a mess, and we’ve been more than understanding. Not only will I not ever use them again, I will warn everyone I know against them. Find someone who might return a phone call."

He caught four moles and never heard from him again. A year later and the moles are back. I call him again, pay him $725 for 15 months of service. He comes back puts up 4 traps in one area, even though I have moles all over one acre lot. I’m okay with it because he has traps in my newly planted grass. The traps are there for over six weeks. He shows up out of no where and tells me he killed one mole. He texts “if they come back please call or text”. One day later, the mole is back. I call and text. No reply. A few more weeks go by, I call and text. And then this happens for the next two weeks. The text messages show he reads them but still continues to ignore. I will be taking him to small claims court and spreading the word about this terrible experience. He might have good reviews online but I think those days are gone."
