If I could give 10 stars, I would. Josh and Dakota are always one call away. I am always attended to, taught and informed along the way. My ant infestation was above normal. I was frustrated and nervous if it would ever come under control. As Josh said, â We may lose some battles along the way but we will win the war.â We did! Love this company!!! Affordable and trustworthy!

I did not ask Eco for an estimate, so was surprised at the bill. My fault for not doing that. Home Advisor post said from $49 to $199. I understand that many service companies have minimum fees and I should have asked more questions. On the otherhand, I was in a panic to rid the yellow jackets from the crawl space in my home.

Josh is very knowledgeable, friendly and arrived on time. The bees nesting in the siding of our house are now gone, which is a big relief. He also noticed we had an issue with Box Elder bugs. He suggested routine quarterly pest management control which I gladly accepted for a great affordable price. I have received estimates in the past from large "Big Box" exterminators and they are far too expensive. Thank you Josh

Josh with EcoValley Pest Control is AMAZING!!!! When I hired him last year I was infested with ants & overwhelmed on how to get this under control. He came out, did a thorough inspection and took the time to listen to my concerns. After his services 1 time....my ant issue was resolved!!! He uses pet safe sprays, so if I need any services inside there s never a worry that my pets are safe. Most importantly, EcoValley Pest Control isn t your average chain exterminating company. I like and enjoy Josh very much. My problem with the company is that I find it problematic when an appointment is made and then no one shows up. I realize that this is a new company and Josh is the only person available, however, a phone call is expected if you are not able to arrive for the appointment as agreed upon.

We talked to several companies about their services and only this one was very accommodating and very willing to come out immediately due to our problems with pest pest investigation. The owner returned our call at 9 PM, after we called when we found this company on HOME ADVISORS. BEING A RETIRED MILITARY OFFICER & SENIOR, THE OWNER IS VERY RESPECTFUL OF BOTH CLASSES & OFFERED A DISCOUNT TO ME. The service was preformed at our home on the very next day, a SUNDAY, because the problem was serious. Other services we called would not service our needs for some 4 to five days later. The issues were expressed but the other didn't seem to find our concerns important enough to immediately respond. Some wouldn't entertain a senior or military discount. I have adopted a firm policy; that is we will not shop where the vendor doesn't give military & seniors a discount. Thanks for giving us an opportunity to express our view about this vendor.

Josh came out and looked over the rodent problem. He came back the next day, found where the problem was, fixed it and we haven't had any mice since. I had set a trap and caught the mouse just before Josh arrived and discovered how it came in. We are very satisfied.
