They did a great job,

They were two hours late for the appointment. No apology, just "well, do you still want it done?" Then they missed the upper half of one window. Difficulty in reaching anyone in the office and when I reported the missed window, they did not offer to return. No offer to extend a partial credit either. I used New Outlook before but the window cleaners operated as "Clearly Amazing." They certainly were amazing...I never got this poor service from a window-cleaning service.

Not well. On the residence the owner came out to see how poorly things were done and had his 'best' subcontractor come later to finish the window cleaning. The apartments took much longer than they planned, and they 'lost' screens removed for repairs

Did an excellent job

Was raining when they came and job was done very (? too) quickly. wanted to be sure upper level screens and tracks would be cleaned, tracks were very minimally cleaned. I've had much better in past.

Excellent service. The window were meticulously cleaned with excellent attention to detail. The contractor was very professional, efficient and thorough.

Waited 4 hours only to have them cancel. They rescheduled for the next day and were a no show. .Rescheduled again. The sub/contractor they sent did a very good job but the stress and hassle weren't worth it.

The reason for the low rating on price is this: When I booked, the office told me that I would get the Angie's list special of $238 for 20 windows. When I told her I had only 12-14 windows (depending on how you count them), she said that the technician would figure out the proportional charge. When the technician came, he did not offer an estimate up front (and OK, perhaps I should have pressed), but when I noted that the company had indicated a prorated amount, he said that he was not told of this, and that they [the office] does this all the time (in his experience) and that this would be cutting into his payment for this job, and he might not have taken it if he knew it was offered at a lower price, and..... I did not want to get into a complex discussion of who gets paid what based on who said what to whom -- just wanted clean windows. But it was disconcerting. That said the work was done well. I did need to ask the tech to go back over a couple of spots in the front that had been "sticky" -- it was hard to see, but when I pointed them spots out, the tech fixed them -- he seemed annoyed that I had noticed them and asked him to fix them, but followed through getting rid of the streaks very well. Overall I was pleased with the way that the windows looked afterward, but I am not inclined to use this contractor again, becuase of the lack of communication on price. There are other companies who have also provided great window cleaning service, so I would go back to them.

We bought a deal through Angie's list that was very good. There were some issues with scheduling which they referred to as miscommunication between staff, including not showing up the day the windows were to be washed. They gave us a credit because of this error which allowed us to have all of our windows washed (at just a little more cost) instead of just 18 windows. All of the workers were nice and the windows look great now. I think it would be good to clarify on the deal that the "cleaning" of the screens means having them brushed off vs. actually cleaned.

Kelly was right on time and the windows look great! Inquiring, contacting and scheduling was easy and simple through email. Just the way I like it!

Well. This is the third time I've had this company come out and they are always professional and thorough.

Our windows look awesome, Ryan and Josh did such an amazing job! They were here nearly 8 hours making sure our windows were spotless… and after 17 years of living here and never having our windows washed, they definitely had their work cut out for them – likely far more than they bargained for. They were right on time, very courteous and respectful, and paid great attention to detail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND New Outlook – you will not be disappointed!

Well. But they showed up a day early and just started work without contact us first.

It had challenges with scheduling and they were here a very short time and they have a flat price was $300. They said our gutters were good, so we thought it was a waste of $300. I guess we didn't need the service as much as I thought. There were two guys and it took them about 20 minutes. They left the area clean.

They did a great job! Hardly knew they were there, went about their business quickly yet efficiently. We had some paint on the exterior windows which they were able to remove for us.

It went nicely. I have had them do it before. That is why I brought them back this second time, because they don’t over charge. They charged me a couple bucks extra because I had more than what the allowed was for the gutters. It was a good price and they did a good job. Different guys came out the second time, but they did a good job, cleaned up. They did good, they did me well. Cleaning gutters is kind of, you do and you go and you don’t leave a mess. They did a good job cleaning it up. I think they were busy.
