Mike was very effective and exceeded expectations by blocking birds from building a nest over my garage. As I'm located next to a field, rodents could be a problem but Mike rebates all their traps and I'm yet to see a rodent. He is very friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs.

Would not recommend if you have a roof rat problem, I explained this issue over the phone and said I had rats in an inaccessible part of my attic that I needed entries points sealed off to. They said they could help with that. First technician showed up late and it was too dark to survey the roof so he just laid some traps. Next technician came and said we don't do roofing entry point sealing as we can't use ladders, this would have been helpful information before charging me 500$. Also the entry point was easily reachable from a window, no ladder required. He then proceeded to tell me I had a bird in the attic and not rats and that theyre not licensed to deal with birds, even said he saw one fly in and if I banged the attic we would see it come out (did not come out). Said I would see bird droppings below the entry point to prove this (no bird droppings) and I explained I have had rats before and the entry point was clearly chewed by rodents from which he said that rats could not enter the entry point but said rodents chewed the entry point from the inside but had left and a bird was using it now?? Do not understand why a rat would chew an entry hole from the inside to an outside area they could not exit. Made no sense and felt completely gaslit. I had since put up a camera to prove that I in fact have them and used Parker Eco Pes Control who can use ladders and take care of the problem. Very disappointed with the service.

Insight pest control Technician didn't find where the nest is, just came and do some spray then left, I so doubt her work, so I got into the attic and found where and the nest is by myself. The nest just beside the insolation!!! If the technician remove a Little bit the insolation, she will find the wasps nest. I got stinged, I’m begging insight pest control send other technician come by to treat and remove the wasps nest at the same day because there are wasps in the attic everywhere, unfortunately Insight pest control told me I have to wait 2 days. Also I was told by the company their staff is professional and has already did good treatment for me. I’m curious what the definition of professional is for this company? House owner should find the wasps nest by themselves? What a shame for insight pest control service!!! Google review is 4.9 for this company, I really wonder how they can get so high score

Technician name: Shiloh. On time, very professional and polite. Explained what he was doing before doing so. No issues whatsoever and I received a bill via email and communication via text as soon as the job was done. I marked QUALITY as "N/A" because Shiloh said it would take a week or two to see any significant improvement to the reduction of ants in my home, so at this point in time, I have nothing to honestly rate.

Tried to cancel service because of COVID almost 3 months ago after one of my service calls. I was told that since I was on a quarterly billing schedule I should keep service until June because they can come out for free if I have any issues during the next quarter. I agreed and had them come out for a wasp issue a week ago. The technician that came was arrogant and seemed to be quizzing me on my wasp problem. I called yesterday to cancel because the treatment had no positive impact on my wasp problem (technician didn't even treat where we said the problem was), I still regularly find mice in my garage (where they placed the bait traps, essentially luring the mice into my garage), and have spiders and mice all over the basement too. Despite being told to NOT cancel and call back before my next treatment, they would not let me out of the contract because I didn't provide 30 days written notice. They billed me for the next treatment, which I told them not to bother performing, Their treatments were basically useless for a full year, then they swindled me into another payment, despite trying to cancel months prior due to financial reasons. A despicable company with a poor product and service. The guy who I canceled with even had the nerve to tell me I could get a discount when reinstating my service in the future. I had a better result with ORTHO from Home Depot than with their professional service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Max was great! Came on time at the beginning of the time window of when he was supposed to show up. He was very friendly and informative and easy to talk to and work with. He was finished with the service within an hour and everything looks great! Well worth the price for the service you receive and the quality of the service. Thank you Max!

BEWARE! DECEPTIVE PRICING PRACTICES! Hard-sell sales man came to the door. We told him we could not afford it. He said he could discount the Annual Service Contract from $299 to $99. He said he could take it that or because they would already be in the neighborhood area servicing others, so we agreed. Contract is NOT $99 for the year like he said. It is $99 EACH VISIT!

I've been using them for about 3 years and they are awesome.

They come every three months and the service was perfect and I love them. The technicians are very friendly, fun and easy to work with and they did a great job.

The technician (Joe) checked for activity around the perimeter of the house, the upper and lower crawlspaces, the shed, and the yard. He sprayed and dewebbed, checked and refilled the bait stations and emptied the traps. He is always professional and thorough. We appreciate that he always brings a ladder and covers his shoes when he enters the house.

they treated the outside of the house and inside with animal friendly treatments, set traps in the attic and found and closed the entry point of the mice. set up recurring maintenance and have had not troubles since.

We found some wasps in the house, and immediately checked Angies List. I called Insight on Monday, and they came on Tuesday. I showed Mike the problem, and he put on his bee suit and went to work. He explained that we might see more wasps for another week to 10 days. Later that day he called to see how things were going. He also called about 2 days later to see if everything is OK. It's been a couple a weeks, and we haven't seen any wasps for some time. Very pleased wilth their service.

The technician showed up on time - early, actually, after checking to make sure it was OK. There was an entrance to the nest under an eave, he climbed up and both wasp-freezed and dusted. This got rid of them for a couple days, but the wasps returned as insight warned they might. They'd already set up a return visit for two weeks later. The technician was again punctual and friendly, and this time got to lay a lot of wasp dust up there. It's been several days and so far no activity. Insight was professional and friendly. Because I bought a $99 deal, I had to schedule through the person who coordinates their deals, and it was a week after I first contact them (as advertised in the deal). Overall a positive experience.

There was a very small paper wasp nest in my attic. I was planning on letting them stay for the season but they ate a hole in my ceiling. Insight pest solutions came out and put the poison spray on the attic vent hole to kill them but he said there were so few bees The bees might not carry enough poison to every part of the nest. Three weeks later there was 90% less activity but not gone completely. I called them back and they scheduled another service for them to come out for free. That treatment finished the job. They do seem to be busy and they would not do an emergency same day service for me so I had to wait 5 days for them to come out. No new damage was done in that 5 days so it all worked out great.

The main problem was loosely fitting doors and other holes in the walls which the contractor tried to fill in with foam instead of saying that the garage should be rebuilt. Contractor also had installed several rat traps and bait stations and sprayed the building perimeter. The initial visit and monthly sprayings and bait refills for a year costed $500

Very professional, accommodating and communicative staff. Enjoyed speaking with Jordan to schedule my appointment, and Austin who conducted the treatment. Jordan was even able to fit my house in the schedule for the very next day! My receipt was emailed to me immediately after Austin finished and it contained detailed information of what chemicals were used and exactly where on my house. I also appreciate the service includes a two week follow up. Thank you!

Dayton came and did our quarterly pest control of our house. He was doing the outside when I asked him about some problems with certain pests indoors and on other areas of the property. He was very quick to respond with knowledge of the problems I was having and with solutions for those issues. He had no problems coming inside and doing what he could to help with the problems and also doing service on the outside areas I was having issues with. Really love this company and the technitions they have working for them! Every time I call they are prompt to come out and and while they are here they are personable, knowledgeable and friendly!

Once again, I had a very positive experience with my Insight Pest Solutions Service Technician (This time Kyle was my technician). He was on time, but I was running late and traveling from across town. Once we were in touch, he offered to spray the exterior since I'd be arriving home soon. Once I arrived, he was very cordial, understanding, respectful, listened to my requests and sprayed both inside and outside my home. I also enjoyed his humor and professionalism.
