After college, they took all the good and the bad they learned along the way to create Alta. The owners are brothers who were taught honesty, hard work, and serving others by their parents. "The sales man was very good, he has a very well rehearsed speech and I essentially signed up for a year of pest control. Someone was supposed to show up Friday afternoon to come and take a look at the house, I made a lot of special provisions for them to come and look up the damage in my house, in the kitchen and in the attic. Basically, they didn't show up and there's no one to contact. I told him I was very upset and I am not gonna work with them any further, then today I got an email, not apologizing for not showing up and they said they didn't show up because it was too dark and that they need to reschedule. They basically failed to communicate with me with the appointment status and just didn't show up and I'm not working with them any further."
