"Wayne provides outstanding quality pest control service and is the ultimate professional. I never thought he was selling me stuff that I didn't need. I am now using him for my year round pest control. He cam over and evaluated the rat problem and set up traps. Then returned about a week later and put out more bait and also did a complete spider and insect treatment. Great value."

"Sean and Richard did an amazing job getting rid of the woodpeckers getting into our attic. They removed the existing woodpecker nests from the attic and installed "bird blocks" around our house in the likely places. They were very nice to work with and very professional. They came when they said they would and did an amazing job, for a fair price and finished quite quickly. They did everything they said they were going to do. They gave us a guarantee and encouraged us to contact him with any questions. I did text Sean, and he responded quickly with a good answer. I would highly recommend U.S. Animal Control of the Great Northwest!"

"I have a new lawn and moles were destroying it.  Mike came when he said he would come.  He put granules in several places in my yard and gave me a 45-day guarantee.  He also assured me that it could take up to two weeks before the moles would be gone.  It took about ten days but then I saw another mound.  Mike sent his crew to my house but another mound again.  Mike came back himself and put his product in the yard.  Hopefully the problem is gone but he said he would come back if I see any more mounds.
Mike was responsive to me and I won't hesitate to call him again if the moles return."

"Leif & Zack, the company owners, were lifesavers for me. They got the raccoons to leave without trapping them. Guess they truly are Wizards! I was able to cross 3 things off my list. They got the raccoons to leave, they reinforced the perimeter of my home and put new vent screens in, trimmed the bushes that were too close to the house (easy hiding for varmints) and the 2nd most important thing they did was clean up under the crawl space, check for any damage and remove and lay down new plastic! And they hauled everything away. I was having a hard time finding someone to do the crawlspace and was so happy to see it was part of the wildlife cleanup they offer, if you choose it. I also really appreciated their estimate for services. All their services that related to my job were listed along with the cost - including supplies needed. I was able to choose what was most important to complete and made it more affordable for me. I will definitely call them again if/when needed. They are both very kind, funny and good people! That is important to me when I hire someone to do work at my home."

"Mr Handyman was great!  They arrived everyday ontime ready to work.  Our specialist was amazing.  Such a level head a focus on problem solving without creating additional problems.  Our porch had the guts of a corner exposed for many years and there was a ton of dry rot to be taken care of.  Rob was awesome- so careful to remove and treat the bad parts while taking care not to damage the membrane roof that is on it.  With major damage our scheudule only slipped one day.  Once that was done he moved on to the finish work that we had originally hired them to complete.  Again, AWESOME!  Great suggestions, totally willing to partner with us.  Fixed a couple things that we didn't like, even though there was nothing wrong with how he did it, just our taste.
I will be bringing them back out to finish the roof in the porch once our painting is done.  They are so ethical and just a great company."

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on infestation severity, business size, treatment type, and frequency of service.

Natural swimming pools are designed to deter pests, including mosquitoes. While any body of water can potentially attract pests, the natural filtration system keeps the water clean and constantly moving. Mosquitoes specifically are attracted to standing water, so the continuously circulating water in a natural pool makes it an inhospitable environment for them.

Woodpeckers may seek out homes with aluminum siding or tin roofs because these surfaces echo their drumming. Homes with wood siding are more frequently targeted as roosting areas or for food sources. If you have insects living in the exposed wood in your home, the birds are likely looking for a snack, in which case your best option is to hire an exterminator.

Studies indicate that owls don't possess a conventional sense of fear. However, they find intense, sudden human noise unsettling, like clapping or shouting. Additionally, owls are likely spooked by sudden bursts of bright light. While they may not experience fear as humans do, these disturbances can disrupt their natural behaviors, making it essential to minimize such disruptions when sharing spaces with these remarkable creatures.

Yes, it’s possible for bats in your attic to find a way into your living spaces. Until you can properly remove the bats, the best course of action is to keep the attic doors closed and any holes sealed. Evidence suggests bats follow the airflow in your home, so they may try escaping from the attic to other parts of the house.
