This was the worst experience for home repairs I have ever had. I hired Casabella to demo an old drop ceiling and replace drywall, add lights, and paint. They took out support beams that later they had to replace because it was not up to code. They left us waiting without communicating for days and days, with no kitchen to use. they spilled paint all over my dropcloth/tarp that later dripped on my deck (we are still trying to get the paint off). Maurice, the owner, continued to say he would finish, whilst simply not showing up. The icing on the cake - when finally the work was "complete" it was discovered that they sawed all the way through the roof, causing an extreme leak throughout one whole side of the kitchen drywall/ceiling and wall. Stating his apologies and his intention of replacing the drywall and making the repairs from the inside, I have not heard a thing from the company since December.

Hired Maurice and his team to replace the roof and outside walls of my carport in August 2022. Everything went fine until it began to rain. The carport roof leaks and I reached out to Maurice to inform him of the issue and was told that he would come by and take a look and mark any spots. I have reached out to Maurice many times with no response.

It went well. Took a long time, but quality work. Took 3.25 hrs to install two mirrors (one of which is large) and two bathroom shelves. Is that a long time?

It went great! Maurice and his crew are awesome. They were flexible, provided great customer service and were able to get the job done on time. Maurice was responsive whenever we had any questions and concerns. In 4 days they demoed two walls, put up an interior wall, routed new electrics, installed light fixtures, drywalled and did the mud and texture. Further, they replaced a damaged part of my soffit, which I was very grateful for. The soffit was at a really tight corner and over 21ft high, but Maurice and his team did a great job sorting it out. I would strongly recommend Casabella (Maurice and his team)

Casabella and their team were great with the work done at the rental that we manage. We had a water damage problem and we had to replace part of the kitchen as well as open up the exterior wall to locate the leak and fix the plumbing. Floor was replaced as a result of the water damage. Casabella ended up replacing all the floors on the house as well as installing new upgraded millwork. They also got rid of a living room wall to make the living room larger. The mitigation company had to take out some of the vanities in the kitchen so they had to help us source new vanities and install those as well. They accomplished all these on time and on budget while working around tenants. The quality of the work is really good and they threw in a few freebies like replacing a few pieces of tile in one of the bathrooms. 10/10 will use them again

The biggest challenge was communication, and lack there of on the company. Their painter was great, no problem there. I needed this closet door instaled, it barely moves, there were no pieces on the bottom to keep the panels in line. They knew I was putting the house up for sale, and I waited a week to get the closet doors in. Texted every day, and they were installed on Saturday, when the house stagers were coming the next day. There was no time to get it fixed, very disappointed. Paid the invoice reluctantly, but their painter was very good.

The moment you gave us one we made sure we were there before your photographers. If we would’ve been made aware about the bottom guides missing instead of not responding to our messages when we asked for payment we would’ve gladly addressed the issue. We would be happy to come back and install those guides at no extra cost except the cost for the part. Let us know when that works and we can send someone ASAP"

GREAT. Maurice communicated beautifully, sending pictures and videos of what he found while diagnosing. Once diagnosed, he shared a plan that was very reasonable and with cost and safety in mind. Super impressed!

Job required repairing holes drilled in my house by Flickers (birds) by: • Replacing damaged boards • removing & replacing eve vents • clearing out bird nest debris • painting all repairs when completed. Unexpected dry rot was found on a couple of siding boards under downspout that had to be removed for repair. I agreed to add this expense to the job. This required adding more hours for repairs and trips to lumber store for supplies. Workers were thorough, did a professional job, and cleaned up all debris when completed.
