Our goal is to treat every homeowner how we ourselves would want to be treated. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, and promise to meet consumers' needs. We have worked on thousands of roofs and gutters of all variations. We are knowledgeable and passionate about the work we do. Roofs are hand cleaned, not power washed, by gently brushing the moss and debris off. This is the least invasive process of cleaning roofs, and will uphold your roof warranty and extend the life of your roof. We provide moss treatment to kill and prevent further moss from growing. We also provide gutter repair and replacement of old systems. High Point Gutter is a small family owned company.

All the people I worked with from the management to the installers were excellent. The gutters are now secure and sloped properly. The joints no longer leak. After it rains the gutters will drain dry. The birds will no longer be able to bathe in the gutters.

I had problems with my gutter leaking water at corners during heavy rain. I called and get three gutter service companies to gave me estimates. High Point is the most comprehensive bid. the gentleman detailed the problems and solution. these were clear and made sense to me. He also explained that the gutter is fairly new and the best solution is to realign them and fix the problem areas instead simply replacement. I went with High Point bid, the service gentleman was very knowledgeable and worked thoroughly, he checked every areas and clean up afterwards. I am very pleased with their professionalism and good work.

We worked with Taylor to plan out our gutter replacement. He recommended Bulldog gutter guards and new, larger downspouts. The job was done in one day, including replacement of rotted boards along one section of our roof. We have been very pleased with the final product, including the performance of the gutter guards. Given our fir trees in our backyard and the endless needles on our roof, this product has ended up being very helpful in keeping the gutters clear and functioning well. We recommend Taylor and High Point Gutter for any gutter replacement job.

I wanted to replace all the gutters on my 2700 sf home. Got three bids and High Point Gutter was very competitive and responsive in providing the bid. The owner, Taylor Shores, is very knowledgeable, honest and obviously committed to customer service. We agreed on the scope of the work, including the color for the new gutters, and then scheduled the job for a few weeks out. The two-man crew was professional, friendly and efficient - finished the job in one day. One guy fabricated all the custom sections while the other one removed all the old gutters/downspouts and installed the new ones. They answered all my questions and cleaned up very well. The owner, Taylor, came by the next day to do a walk around with me to inspect the work and make sure I was satisfied. I recommend them highly to anyone looking to get gutters repaired or replaced.

Somewhat underwhelmed with this gutter service company as they didn't clean out the dried crust layer on the bottom of the gutter, left a loose garbage bag on the roof, and missed a section of the outside gutter cleaning. To their credit they did offer to make things right but, with all the choices out there for this type of service, I would try a different company that has quality built into their business processes a little better.

It is always a concern of ours when we fall short of the mark and we always try to make things right if a customer is ever dissatisfied. That being said, we did return to the home to finish what small part we had missed, and we don't pressure wash the inside of gutters to remove the dried crust as it could be harmful to the installation and sealants of your gutters. If this is something you would like us to do for you we can make an effort to remove that dried crust with or without power washing. I apologize for falling below the standards we set for ourselves and hope that in the future we could follow through with a fair service to make up for this mishap."

The gutters look great and the estimator and the installers were very professional and inspired my confidence. One small point on the cleanup afterward - they used a gas blower that did a good job of cleaning all gunk from my old gutters off the deck and driveway. There was some dirt that didn't blow off that could have been cleaned with a hose. Still I'd hire these guys in a second to do a job for me. They were great!

The entire experience in working with High Point Gutter went very well. The estimate was fair. The recommendations were good. They came when the work was scheduled. The crew worked carefully and efficiently The crew was very polite and well mannered. They did a professional job and they cleaned up afterwards. My gutters look nicer than they they ever have, and I am excited to have it rain! As a business owner myself, I can be detailed in my expectations. This company met all my expectations with ease and I highly recommend them, if you want quality gutters that are installed with precision. By the way, I have a very large two story house with many bump out areas and twists and turns, so it was not an easy job.

I got three or four different bids for the project and High Point gave me the most reasonable bid and answered a number of my questions. They were able to schedule in about two and 1/2 weeks from the date of the bid. They called on the way, and the two men arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They replaced the Fascia board that the gutter had fallen off of and installed gutter flashing along that area as well as some other problem areas. They then installed the 20 foot long section of gutter and cleaned out gutters and installed 132 feet of the gutter guard product I had purchased from Costco. They finished all that and cleaned up in just two hours. They also hauled away the old gutter. They were professional, friendly and efficient, despite the very hot day. Cost was exactly as bid. Thank you.

Highpoint gutter is good company to work with and they did a good job on replacing my old gutter that was broken. The owner Taylor was very responsive and answer all my questions. He even suggested solution to drain the water directly to the down spout instead of my roof to avoid moss growing and also suggested moss control with zinc. They came very promptly on the day of and finished replacing the old gutter within the same day. After a few days, I noticed one of the gutter, the water was dripping on the side of the wood and not into the gutter. The crew came back and replaced the angle down spout to redirect the water further away from the siding and the dripping issue was resolved. Overall, my experience was pleasant working with Highpoint gutter. A++

I was very impressed with High Point Gutters in general and with Tyler specifically. When I called I was able to speak directly with Tyler and he had a crew at my home within a couple of hours. His crew was great and the 36' piece of second story gutter and a drain pipe were professionally repaired to keep the deluge of water away from the foundation. His crew also brushed some debris from the roof and cleaned everything up. Their minimum was less that other gutter specialist and they were courteous to my wife who was home when the work was done. What was a big headache was resolved readily. Priceless.

Professional appearance, attitude, communication & product! Taylor and his crew performed all the work cleanly & efficiently! I called High Point Gutters at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and Taylor returned my call in less than an hour. He scheduled an appointment to review the work for the following Tuesday at which time he provided me with a reasonable quote and scheduled the work for 2 weeks from then. On Friday morning, just 3 days later, he called to say another job had finished early and he could do my job that afternoon. He and his team had my job finished in a couple of hours. I would recommend this company to anyone.

From the start Highpoint Gutter was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and highly competitive. Taylor (the owner) personally came out to provide on site review and quote (same day). Installation went very smoothly and on time. Highpoint even included additional flashing (at no cost to me) needed to prevent water damage to a second story deck. Taylor at High Point Gutters was fabulous from hello to completion. He arrived on time, took thorough measurements, and gave me a complete big that detailed the various elements, rather than just a single price, which I appreciate. We discussed options for water management on a tricky section of our roof, and his solution (slightly wider gutters/downspout) is working perfectly. We mutually determined that our old fascia was spongy, so he gave me another quote with two options to replace. They worked fascia replacement and new gutter installation around a tight siding and paint timeline we had in progress. Great detail in work, including small but important things like cutting abutting fascia at 45-degree angles, rather than leaving a straight seem water can deteriorate—I’ve never seen that! Tidy caulking all around, enough that my paint crew didn’t have to redo anything, so that saved them time. Very happy!
