Then every 4 days each of my 5 dogs got very sick costing thousands in vet bills. The only changes in our household was them treating our property. I called right away and told them I didn't want to have them come out again. Then 2 months later they call and said that they are going to charge me canceling without notice which I told them I didn't want them to come out again. He was threatening me on the phone. Trying to force me to say "yes" to treating my property. Then said to prove it was his product that made my dogs ill. They don't do toxicology on dogs that I know of and 2 months later! Now they want me to pay them for a service I don't want or received. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS!"

"The sales man was very good, he has a very well rehearsed speech and I essentially signed up for a year of pest control. Someone was supposed to show up Friday afternoon to come and take a look at the house, I made a lot of special provisions for them to come and look up the damage in my house, in the kitchen and in the attic. Basically, they didn't show up and there's no one to contact. I told him I was very upset and I am not gonna work with them any further, then today I got an email, not apologizing for not showing up and they said they didn't show up because it was too dark and that they need to reschedule. They basically failed to communicate with me with the appointment status and just didn't show up and I'm not working with them any further."
