I called up Affordable Restoration and they helped me through the whole process. They also referred me to a fantastic public adjuster who took care of the whole claim for me. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the Affordable Restoration crew was on not only the flood aspect but also on how to work best with my insurance company. They took the time to educate me throughout the whole process on water, mold, mitigation, restoration and the claim process. After my initial meeting with them, I felt like I was an expert on these topics. This gave me a lot of confidence in working with my insurance claim. We originally wanted the front top of our dock repaired but in the end we decided to have them replace the boards of the entire dock and the larger timbers that needed replacing underneath. Yaro is an amazing worker and they had the dock done in one week! They definitely aim to please. Another plus is they clean up and haul away all the old lumber and leave the area spotless. Once again, this is a top notch company to hire, they know their stuff."
