"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Clean & Simple Cleaning is a house cleaning company based out of Lynnwood, Washington, offering quality home cleaning services to Snohomish County area. We are proud to serve the cities of Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Bothell, Everett and all other surrounding cities.

"In March 2022 I contacted Clean & Simple to perform a move out cleaning. It was made clear that the cleaning needs to be thorough as the home was being listed for sale. They quoted 2 cleaners for 6 hours for $816 and came out in April. After the services were "completed" I went and did an inspection and found that multiple areas of the home were still dirty or not cleaned at all. I contacted Clean & Simple and sent them pictures. Susan, the manager, came out to the home and agreed this was not to their standards and she would talk to the owner, Stacie, about getting another team out to home at no cost to me. The second cleaners showed up the next day and determined they would need to reclean the entire home as well as the areas that were missed. This time, the services were provided and the home was properly cleaned. A few days later I was charged $1,645.60. I contacted Clean & Simple and the manager stated that I was billed at once for two invoices that were never sent to me. After reviewing the invoices, I spoke with the owner who very difficultly said she would refund 50% of the first services and that is it. I told her that is not acceptable, the services were not provided and should I not being paying twice for a service that was not completed. She disagreed and I told her I would dispute the remaining balance of the first services not performed with my bank. The owner never responded to the banks inquiry about the charge and instead sent me to collections in December for the non-invoiced amount of $1,359.60. I do not owe this amount nor do I know how this amount came to be."
