"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

It took a while and they didn't have a great number of choices, but overall things seemed okay -- UNTIL about a year later when all of the sudden out of the blue they claimed I owed them an additional $1000+ even though I'd paid them in full at the time it was purchased and installed. At this point, they've sent it to collections and I'm supposed to find a very old receipt to prove that I paid them just because they make this baseless allegation over a year later. It's nuts! Even if it were true that I owed them (though it's not) it's awfully poor business practice to wait a year to ask for a payment a business claims is due. There are other choices out there with better business practices for sure."
