Super nice people doing a super good job!

I hired the glam team to clean my grandfathers house while he was in the hospital. After the first 4 hour cleaning I brought up some issues I noticed to the owner while I was there for the second cleaning. I didnâ t request a refund nor was I upset, I simply wanted her to know for future reference. The second cleaning was great however she texted he employee that I was a b*tch and I should clean the house my self. I have screen shots to prove it. I am really sad that this happened while being told my grandfather was going to need to be put on hospice.Talia please learn that you shouldnâ t talk about your customers this way.

Performed the tasks I wanted done...the toilets were spotless.the two person team was very personable but not very organized. Didn't bring the cleaning materials to do cleaning on slate flooring. On the expensive side at $70 an hour. $35 per worker.

Amazing customer service! It was a pleasure to work with the team a we had a short notice need for service. The Glam team was responsive and friendly during the planning and the results were wonderful and exactly what we needed. We will be continuing service with the Glam team for sure.

The project was done well. They were willing to work with our schedule and tight timeline for our move out. And made the project easy as they were lovely to work with.

I had called two other local companies prior that either did not get back to me or had a very unreasonable time schedule. The Glam Team quickly answered all my questions and were able to fit my condensed schedule. They did an excellent job cleaning carpets, bathrooms/doorways, and kitchen (including scrubbing the oven clean). In fact, I liked them so much, I hired them twice. You cannot go wrong with this company!
