I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

The salesman/estimator, Seth, was fantastic and then the project manager, Ian, was just a pleasure to work with. Very detail oriented and always goes the extra mile. The painters were efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. They kept a very clean job site. I can't find an area of the house I'm not pleased with. They paint the house by hand and have an amazing 7 year warranty! Painting by hand is more expensive than painting with sprayers, but the qualify, customer service and long warranty make it more than worth it! "Excellent company. Iwas freaked out and they calmed me down (call them before you lose sleep!) It's not as bad as it seems. Showed up right on time. Gave an excellent consult that didn't feel rushed nor about just making money (instead.. doing it right!). The actual remediation (all the dry wall in the bathroom, cutting new electrical holes, etc was done to perfection with a clean air test and no debris. They respected HOA rules and they got all this scheduled after permits. It was a seamless stress-free process and ironically it was also the most affordable."
