JS did a fine job quickly, professionally, and for the lowest bid. Communication was difficult at first, as it was with ALL of the contractors I contacted, but once they made contact things went smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

They came out and did a site survey and quoted the job and that was what we paid for the work, I appreciated having a solid quote on the scope of work BEFORE the job was to be performed . When the guys came out to do the repair they were very responsive to our concerns and very diligent in performing the small repair. After they were done I asked them to look at another area of concern I had and they provided some good insight to what may be causing the problem and provided some direction on how we need to proceed to repair it in the future. They were very good to work with.

I have done a lot of remodel projects and J-S Contracting's work
and product offered has been of my best experiences.  From the very
beginning when the project manager Debbie visited the site to the final
installation - the process was flawless and we are quite pleased.  Debbie
came out and explained why their gutters and leaf covers are so effective
compared to competition.  We live in a very wooded area with pine needles
and needed leaf guards that passed a lot of water yet out the leaves in the
long term.  We went with the Black Maxx cover guards.
I hoped to have the gutters replaced when the roof was done but due to expenses
we to wait a year.  The following year I contacted Debbie and she
remembered us and our house - we continued right where we left off.  She
sent me gutter sample colors within 2 days so i could work with a colorist to
match the roof and new paint for the house.  
Ryan came out to remove gutters prior to painter?s arrival.  We have a
older home and wanted to make sure the fascia boards were not damaged.
 During removal, Ryan was so careful with my garden and priceless trees
that surround the house.  
A week later the installers arrived and were so professional and took the time
to explain and show how the covers worked installed. 
I try to support local businesses when I can and J-S contracting is the best.  

The worker (Mark?) showed up at the stated time range for arrival.  Mark did a good and timely job in performing the removal and installation work.  A recent big rain confirmed that the installation was correct and in order.  We have future work that we need to do and would not hesitate to use J-S Contracting again for our gutter needs.

I was very pleased with all the fine work they did. Everyone was very helpful and explained all our options that we had. The crew that came to do the work was professional and friendly and were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours.

Everything went great!  From beginning to end. They were very professional, from the estimate to the install.
Our estimator Debbie, was on time and very helpful with color selection and style.The two guys who came to install the new gutters were quick and efficient, Removing our old gutters and putting up the new in about five hours. Clean up was great they even raked their footprints out of the beauty bark . Great experience all around!

Installers were fast and professional. We've had a little bit of trouble getting them to come for the gutter installation for the second house, apparently due to one of their workers being ill, but it didn't have a huge impact on us (the job wasn't a rush).
We had a problem with a leaky gutter after the install. On the one hand, it was a little tough to get someone to come out and take a look at the problem. It took several emails to get someone to contact us, which was frustrating. However, they sent the original installers out to look at the problem with me. The guys were awesome. They explained exactly why there was a leak (it wasn't the gutters, there was a problem with our roof flashing), recommended exactly how to fix it, and gave some recommendations for good companies that could do the job. It was a great experience.

The sales staff and installer were very professional.  They installed like they said they would and were done in 5 hours.  They worked with my wife and I to pick out colors and styles.  I wanted a rainchain installed and they were more then willing to do so.  GREAT COMPANY. P.S. I had three estimates done J&S were the only one's that even called back.

We actually found out that J-S Contracting, Inc. was working closely with the contractor (Century Roofing) we hired for our roofing project. Debbie Roice came out promptly for the estimate and offered lots of options. She gave me quotes for full and partial replacement as well as gutter cover pricing if I was interested. We elected to replace the gutters while retaining the downspouts which are painted. The project was scheduled, and the gutters were installed two days after the reroof was completed. When the installers arrived, they mentioned how well the roof had been prepped for the job. They did a great job! Very professional with great attitudes. Our new gutters look great. A nice finishing touch to our roofing project.

Met with Deborah Roice in July 2009 at the recommendation of Tom Pritchett of Century Roofing. She gave us an estimate for the replacement of our gutter system with the recommendation of using the 3x4 larger downspouts to accommodate the rain in our area. She also recommended the drain guards to help catch any debris. Chris and Rob arrived in the time frame expected and was finished in 3 1/2 hours. Chris realized that 1 downspout and drain guard was left off the diagram so called to have additional material delivered. This added a few more dollars to the estimate but was still under our budget. They did a great job visually but will know more with the next rain storm that comes through. Old gutters and downspouts were removed by the roofing contractor who replaced our roof just prior to the installation of the gutters. Gutter contractor worked with roofing contractor on schedule timeline.
