The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). "J J Construction owner Khoa Ha completely replaced my upper and lower decks with composite. He solved many problems we were facing with the decks and designed a system to deflect rain water away from the house. The upper deck was 48'x12' and the lower deck 14'x21', also replaced existing stairs, added bench seating. and lights. In addition he also repaired/reflashed metal roof on the lower back of the house and address foundation concerns. His team were great to work with, hard working, professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the results of this 4 week project. I highly recommend J J Construction for any project. We will be using him on future projects as well such as house painting, and some interior remodeling in the coming year."
