"Prior to doing the job, Yosvin came out and took a sample of the ceiling for me so we could have it tested. Thankfully the results were that the popcorn ceiling did not contain any asbestos material. Yosvin and his crew were fantastic! Not only did they show up on time, but they also did an excellent job of removing the popcorn ceiling, and cleaning up after themselves prior to leaving. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Yosvin and his crew to others."

"They are very professional and responsive. What sets them apart is their website that also explains asbestos abatement. Tina the owner even came out to get the job done when one of her team members had an emergency. This shows that they are going the extra mile."

"We have a central boiler system that is over 60 years old and one of the circulation pumps failed. After 2 months of waiting for parts the mechanical company finally came to repair it on Friday and discovered that all of the pipe insulation contained asbestos and couldn?t do the repair. I immediately called Safe Asbestos solutions LLC and they came out promptly to provide an estimate which was very fair and took into consideration the urgency to get it done. They pulled the permit immediately and were onsite Monday morning to remove it. If you?re in need of an honest and affordable asbestos removal company call these guys!!!"

Asbestos Removal questions, answered by experts

Follow recommendations for removal or remediation to ensure a safe living environment.

The legality of covering asbestos tile with new flooring can vary by location. In some cities, it is not legal to cover asbestos tile due to the risk of causing fibers to become airborne. While a professional method called encapsulation can seal the asbestos in place, it is not always an appropriate solution. In other areas, covering the tile is a legal and reasonable option to prevent fibers from spreading and reduce health hazards. However, the best long-term solution is to have the asbestos professionally and completely removed from your home.

Homeowners’ insurance doesn’t often cover the cost to remove asbestos siding, which averages about $2,900. Insurance policies treat the removal of asbestos siding as regular home maintenance, which insurance doesn’t cover. If your siding suffers damage in a storm, though, it’s possible the insurer may cover the replacement cost, even if the damaged siding contains asbestos.

Detailed cleaning, air quality testing, and proper disposal of hazardous materials.

While asbestos can’t be directly absorbed through the skin—the fibers are too big—skin contact can still produce symptoms. Contact dermatitis can flare up in sensitive individuals but in most cases, the danger from asbestos comes from inhaling the fibers, or dust, that is produced when asbestos is disturbed. If you touch asbestos by accident, immediately wash yourself and your clothes.
