"Excellent company. Iwas freaked out and they calmed me down (call them before you lose sleep!) It's not as bad as it seems. Showed up right on time. Gave an excellent consult that didn't feel rushed nor about just making money (instead.. doing it right!). The actual remediation (all the dry wall in the bathroom, cutting new electrical holes, etc was done to perfection with a clean air test and no debris. They respected HOA rules and they got all this scheduled after permits. It was a seamless stress-free process and ironically it was also the most affordable."

Recently, mold was discovered in the crawl space where they worked (along with out of place insulation, Gatorade bottle, a 2x6 piece of wood laying on the ground). But the worst part of all of this has been their combative communication with us since. The CEO told me over email that I was in "desperation mode" and threatened to sue me for my Yelp review."
