Charlie was quick to respond, clearly outlined the price, was very professional and courteous with a great sense of humor which helped eased the tension we were feeling not knowing if we in fact had a serious issue on our hands. Due to his expertise, he could quickly tell this was not a dangerous situation (even though anything with asbestos is serious). Although we are waiting for the official lab reports due in a couple of days, we are breathing easier at this point (no pun intended!). Charlie will contact us as soon as he has the official results so we can then continue on our project in an appropriate, approved and safe manner. Thank you, Charlie!
