Tiger and his team are awesome. They went above and beyond in making sure the floor was exactly as we like it. He also installed stair skirt extensions to help with the transition when we install the floor trim after he has completed the floor installation. He is trustworthy and committed to his craft. They arrived on time, actually earlier than expected each day. Completed 1200 sq feet of hardwood floor installation in a week including the three topcoats. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

My hardwood floors were very worn out and discolored from fifty years of use. They sanded them down and applied three costs of varnish. The floors look brand new; beautiful job.

Tiger and his crew did an awesome job refinishing our hardwood floors. A few spots needed repair and they did an amazing job making the whole floor look like new.

Very professional

I had to redo the floors 3 times these guys are awful. Really nice guys but ruined our floors. First time they bubbled in areas second time they used the wrong stain color and so it did not match the stairs AND they missed a whole section of the top coat in the entry AND it bubbled again. Also, the sanding job left hills and valleys. We had already paid them for the job but they after two attempts we had to hire someone else because we were afraid we were going to need to replace the whole floor if they sanded yet again to correct their mistakes. Also he ordered the wood treads for the stairs short. He then said he would just add a strip at the end and you will not be able to notice it, this was not true, it is painfully obvious. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more to have your floors done right.

I hired Tiger and his crew to refinish my dining room, living room, and entry, which had old softwood (fir) flooring. These were VERY beaten up floors with a ton of damage, and I wasn't looking to have them made pristine, just improved and at minimum non-splintery. Tiger was very straightforward about what the refinishing would be able to do well and what wouldn't be as improved (like some old water damage that had stained the floors decades ago, or some spots that had been previously filled, but badly). He was inexpensive, fast to schedule, and very easy to work with. I got WAY more than what I'd hoped for -- the work was extremely diligent, and the floors are vastly improved, glowing in most places. Even the spots that he had warned me about look SO much better than I would have guessed. For a straightforward quote and great work, I wouldn't look any further. And I will absolutely hire again when I have more floors ready to go.

Tiger did an amazing job installing hard wood in our office room. Great work, he even stopped by after to do a few touch ups. We will definitely be contacting Tiger for any future flooring projects.

Tiger did some really amazing work for us - beautiful hardwood floors of the highest quality (material and finishes). He was quick / responsive / wonderful to work with.

Tiger and his crew were terrific. I would hire them again in a heart beat. The floor is beautiful. He refinished three of my five rooms, and he blended the finish so well it is not possible to see where the new meets the existing. He was always on time, he left everything as clean as though he hadn't been there, and he was courteous and kind.

Tiger was professional on all levels. His advice on amount of wood to purchase, punctuality, worked efficiently and quickly and the installation was beautiful. He went over and beyond by moving a piano from the area being worked on and put it back. He has a great personality, was extremely courteous and he's cute.

Tiger and his team far exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work and the speed at which it was done. The price was also at the lowest end of all of the other estimates I received. They even came back and fixed part of the hardwood that a leak had damaged for another great price!

Tiger and his team did a phenomenal job on our floors. We refinished, and also added new, red oak floors to a dark finish (ebony/Jacobean). Our floors were sloping and squeaking in areas. He tore up portions of the floors to level the floors and repaired squeaking. Total sq ft was about 1600. He is responsive and very hardworking, and will not overcharge. Highly recommend him!! Love our new floors!

They have done vinyl, hardwoods, linoleum flooring etc. He is the most hardworking and honest priced professional I've used.
