"We hired Brian Spear to gut and renovate our coop at Birch Hill. Brian offered great insight with design concepts, took initiative and did an outstanding job on the project with the help of his intelligent, kind and skilled team that reflect his true intentions. "I had serious water problems in my basement, and a crumbling foundation. The concrete block foundation had lost a lot of its grout and was bulging dangerously. Wright straightened the wall, installed French drains on two sides of the house, insulated the interior walls and ceiling of the basement, and installed a thick plastic vapor barrier on the floor. They poured about four inches of cement on the floor and installed a heater that will keep the temperature above freezing in the basement. This makes it easier to turn on the water and to heat the upstairs if I come up in the winter. The cost was about $40,000. I was very pleased with Wright's workmanship, responsiveness and the quality of their staff. I would recommend Wright without hesitation to anyone with an engineering problem."

"Complete creep. Showed up late, hung a few pictures. Made the comment he was headed to the bedroom and see what happens in there. I didnt take it in a derogatory manner but when he asked me to come in to check something he slapped my ***. Thats when he was asked to leave. At 3:15 and he told me to pay him until 5pm. Then he stAlked me. I involved the police."
