David's Home Repair

I paid David a deposit of $7363.72 on a bathroom remodel and then he vanished with the money. I have tried to reach him several times over the past two months by phone and email and there has been no response. I will be pursuing legal action in the hope of getting my money back. I would not trust the other reviews on this site. I did and now I am out 7 grand.

I bought a foreclosure in Ludlow 2 years ago and thank God I found Dave. He has done a variety of projects for us from minor plumbing and electrical repairs to finishing an entire basement. He took out a big tree, redid our stone driveway, roof repairs, he pretty much does it all. He runs the business side and does a lot of the work himself so he doesn't always answer the phone, but that's the price you pay for having the boss onsite making sure everything is done to his standards. Oh, and he's a nice guy too!

This company has been excellent to work with and has the skills and abilities to make changes on the fly.

David did a really nice job remodeling a bathroom for us. He was extremely neat and meticulous with his work. He added or made adjustments to the job which ensured it looked perfect. At no extra cost. David takes great pride in his work and it shows. I will be using David through out the winter months for more interior work.

David is a great contractor, very knowledgeable about ALL aspects of home repair, personable, straight shooter no B.S. We plan to use him again in the future, for multiple projects.

It is tough to find anyone who will tackle home repairs in our area. This is a great family business, hard-working, easy to talk with and extremely knowledgeable. We are already planning our next renovations and updating to our home. Thanks again David! We've got a winner!

I was looking for an all around handyman and Dave fixes the "bill". He has been very helpful. Two projects done and I am very happy with them. Have a big one coming up and I can't wait to see the finished product. He comes when he says he will and gets the job done, which means a lot to me. I am very happy with my "handyman" and the work he has done so far. Thank you David.

We are very particular and David delivered! He communicated in a timely manner, listened to our concerns and demonstrated much patience. His work was quality and we would definitely hire him for future work.

There were a bunch of things that needed to be done, and he did them all beautifully. I needed the damaged exhaust fan -- and ceiling - in bathroom fixed and a new exhaust fan installed. He did a beautiful job, no muss, no fuss -- done! He also installed various appliances, fixed the roof and gutters - again, all perfectly done. He could do it all and at an extremely reasonable price. He saved my house.

After a major water leak Dave repaired our home for us. He worked closely with us and listened to what we wanted. He matched the old wood panelling that is no longer available by milling wood to match. He also remodeled a bathroom, tiled walls and floors, finished off an attic space, constructed wood doors, repaired the metal hinges to coal cellar doors and built a front porch. All his work is good quality and beautiful - he is friendly, helpful and he takes pride in his work. There is nothing he can't do!

We got more than we wanted for less than we expected. Davd takes pride in his work.
