"I requested an exterior paint quote for my home and they reached out to say they would do a site visit and let me know. I again reached out since I hadn't heard back and they said they had driven by at one point but wanted to get a closer look so would come back. After multiple attempts of contact with no response, I have since given up. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend based on my experience."

We just moved into a house that was built in 1804, it needed new paint everywhere. Scott not only did a great job painting, he also addressed the many issues in the ceilings, trim and walls that have been overlooked for years. Now all the rooms look brand new! During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. Lisa was always available for communication and answering questions. The sub-contractors were all excellent, personable and professional. The whole job was finished ahead of schedule which allowed for our 18 month old granddaughter to come for an earlier visit! Overall we are thrilled with the outcome and will definitely use Apple Wood for future projects!"

"I am writing a review of the Warranty process. I had my home painted by RhinoShield in March of 2020. In August of 2023, I noticed a patch of paint that has peeled off. I contacted RhinoShield to have the spot repaired. I was informed by the production manager Luis that the repair would be covered under the warranty and that there was a fee of $450.00. This is stated in the warranty, but my objection relates to RhinoShield's marketing. For many years, I heard advertisements claiming RhinoShield was unlike regular paint that had to be done every seven years. I saw properties in my area that had used RhinoShield product and they looked great, so I opted to use RhinoShield. My paint lasted THREE years before I had an issue. If this issue had occurred ten years after the product was applied, I wouldn't be as angry about the warranty fee. I have not heard from RhinoShield for two months now in spite of sending emails. MAKE THIS RIGHT RHINOSHIELD!"

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
