"Thank you soooo much, [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed]! Welcome to the neighborhood and see you again soon! -Al"
"It was awkward receiving a call from [Member Name Removed]. A few years ago, we spent hours BOTH in person and over the phone discussing her many projects, which is why I am amazed that she doesn't remember me. She called daily, sometimes more than once, for weeks, and disregarded any plea to wrap up a conversation, happy to spend a half hour here or a half hour there talking about staining her windows. Finally I needed to bow out after spending literally hours and hours trying to secure her business. I learned a lesson through her that sometimes I need to walk away from one opportunity when it may cost my business 10 others. It is funny she did not "give us a poor review" years ago but found time to "review us poorly" just now (see what I did there?). Please call us if you want to get some painting work done and we will be very responsive and show you that we are well-deserving of the long list of "A" reviews we have received over the years. If, however, you'd like to spend 10 hours on the phone talking about staining and polyurethaning a dozen windows, please find someone else. If you have me out for an estimate, I will gladly show you the email I sent to this customer years ago. If she doesn't remember me, maybe she spends too much time speaking to too many people about projects that she can't get completed for one reason or another..."
"Thank you so much! You both were wonderful to work with. Best of luck with that awesome new home of yours! Al"
"Thank you, [Member Name Removed]! It was a pleasure to work for you and we can't wait until that next project! Al"
"This isn't true. I called him back an hour after his voicemail and I must have woke him up but he answered. I began apologizing immediately but he mumbled and was not making sense and then he hung up on me. I couldn't have been more embarrassed to miss my appointment with [Member Name Removed]. I entered the appointment in my phone for April 10th instead of May 10th and flat-out missed the appointment, all my fault. I had backtracked into my planner before he called to lool up an address and failed to realize it when I clicked on the 10th to enter his name, number, address, and time of the appointment. This happens once or twice a summer out of a thousand calls and emails and I try to learn from it and be overly apologetic each time, realizing how important our personal time is when we can get it. I DID miss the appointment but I would NEVER fail to call and apologize. I actually made the same mistake with another person, probably the same day that [Member Name Removed] called. I made my apology, rescheduled at her absolute convenience, sent her a proposal (with an apologetic discount!) and we will be painting her foyer from her in a few weeks. Wait for her review! I'm sorry, [Member Name Removed]. I DID call to apologize and you, or maybe someone who grabbed your phone, said "Hello", mumbled, and then hung up on me as I tried to say I am sorry. I now publicly apologize for [Member Name Removed]'s inconvenience. Please check our 100+ "A" reviews to see the type of reliability and accountability that you will receive from Albert's Painting. Thanks for reading."

"Thank you so much, [Member Name Removed]. It was a pleasure to work for you. Yes, you caught us during a wild holiday season rush and, being a smaller company, there are times I wish I had a big "pause" button so no one feels neglected. Thank you SO much for the business and please call again. You'll find that most of the year my phone only rings once before I answer. Thanks again! Al"
