The graded lawn has lots of stones and glass pieces. The sprinkler system is not installed deep enough where the year end aerate punctured lot of pipes. There are several spots where there is no water coverage and after several attempts the areas are bald spots with no proper grass growth.

"This work was done back in 2014 and after several attempts to get paid and to ensure the customers happiness, we had to walk away from this project. We did not complete our work there due to non-payment and he was extremely disrespectful to our crew and office staff. Our customer's satisfaction is important to us but how our employees are treated is just as important. He called for us to return and do additional work that next summer but we refused. We obviously were not a good fit for this customer."

The work went very smoothly and the crew was awesome to work with. I am not the easiest client and many changer where made in design as the project progressed and they were willing and helpful in making the product exactly what we wanted. The installation of the irrigation system when well and with the conditions in our area it saved our lawn. They were also very helpful with requests like moving a lilac tree so we could save it when the patio was built.

I like the owner Juan. He is very personable and really listens to what you want, he also offers advise and goes with what is best for your needs. They can do all sorts of services, but I primarily use them for lawn maintenance. They are very accommodating.
