"We were very pleased with the results.   Called for an estimate.  Estimate was given. Date was set and work was done on that date.  Brad had explained what needed to be done, what materials would be required, and approximately how much time it would take.  Brad was on time and within estimate.  The rear deck had intricate lattice work which required attention to detail.
I would very much use his services again.  He was honest, on time, and performed top quality work.
