I would get a few more quotes and all written.. what your actually getting.. all information on contract.. adding., how far they are from you actually matters.

"Vermont Security is very clear with what is included in each system and costs. Sometimes when potential customers are researching multiple security companies it can get confusing who offered what products at what price. I believe this is the case here. During the installation process another local alarm company came to install their system as well. It looks like the customer accidentally booked 2 installations with separate companies. This points to the confusion during researching different products. Ultimately the customer choose to proceed with our system and we have worked out the confusion. Thank you for the feedback."
