Having moved into plenty of apartments with the landlord â cleaning the carpetsâ I was never sure how clean they were. I decided this time to hire Crystal Carpets as recommended by a friend and seeing the difference in â landlord cleanedâ and professionally cleaned? WOW! I will never move into a new space without having my carpets professionally cleaned again. The gentlemen that came out were so polite and got the job done in just a few hours- plus the price was not bad at all. Darrin is the absolute best. He squeezed me in last minute. I'm selling my home and thought I needed new carpets. Not after Darrin got done. AMAZING. Not only is the work AMAZING but Darrin could not have been nicer. Explained everything he was doing and answered my questions I had. DO NOT use anyone else. You'll regret it if you do. I can't say enough good things about Darrin. I have been telling everyone I know to only call Crystal Caprpets. Side note: I had hired another local company and they "forgot" about me and never showed up. Darrin saved the day.

Darrin and Sarah were extremely flexible when I needed to make a last minute schedule change. They helped to ease my anxiety when I found out I needed my carpets cleaned a day earlier than expected. I appreciated their wellness help and they did a phenomenal job at cleaning my carpet. In addition, they also offered to send the invoice to my landlord confirming that the carpets were cleaned professionally upon moving out, as per a requirement of my lease. Our fish tank leaked all over the carpet and Darrin came right over and cleaned the carpets so our house didnâ t smell like fish water! Great service and work! Highly recommend!

Darrin did a great job cleaning our carpet which was in dire need of a good thorough cleaning. He is very easy to communicate with and listens to our needs and requests. Darrin and his helper cleaned my 8 year old white wool wall to wall carpets and 16 year old sofas to perfection. They were on time, very careful of stairs and furniture, and worked quickly without much disruption. They were done in a little over 2 hours. This was my first experience with Crystal Carpet Care but certainly will not be the last. Highly recommend.

Darrin is really nice, and he did a great job. We had a new used couch that had an overwhelming must smell. He cleaned it, and deodorized it with six injections of an enzyme that continues eradicating the smell for an additional eight hours. I thought the $175 price was well worth it. This couch is over 30 years old but is still so solid and comfortable, and it got the TLC it needed. Darrin showed up on time, and had no issues reaching our apartment on the 4th floor. The hoses he was able to bring through the window from the parking lot without disturbing my neighbors. This was especially helpful during the pandemic. Darrin also had no problem wearing a face mask. The job took just an hour. Thank you!
