We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. "Kenny was great to work with - he is punctual, responsive and followed through on all promised and did quality work!  His quote was lower than all others I received but the quality of the work is fantastic.  The steps and railing in front of my townhouse were loose and the landing a bit concave.  Kenny made sure that the landing is now flat, the bricks are reattached and the railing is sturdy and secure.  I would definitely recommend his services to other home owners!

He and his crew were extremely courteous, hard-working, yet seemed to enjoy each other and have a lot of fun while they were working.  It was very pleasant having them work at our home. They went out of their way to ensure we weren't inconveniences in any way.  When finished, they powerwashed the brick 2 separate days, and even mowed the lawn underneath where their scaffolding had been built.  They left no trash, no unfinished work, and a wonderful new wall.

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.
