"Very good! Chris called me almost immediately after I registered on Angie's List. I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! "Repaired ~ 4'X4' section of basement ceiling that had been cut out to access water leak. This was a special buy of 2 1/2 hours of work. Company charged 45 minutes of this for coming by to see what I would like them to do. They are not the fastest workers I have ever seen.
