Marie was excellent when she came to talk to us about our project - taking time to listen and help us understand what could be done ! Our whole experience was excellent down to communication, timeliness of project completion and the general professionalism of the company. Brian completed the project in one day with outstanding results. We would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.

Both the salesman and Max were nice and helpful. The job was done quickly and well. However, on the day of installation, one of the installers was wearing a political hat that contained an expletive. When work began, loud music was played that was also political and contained expletives. As someone who works from home, this was not okay, and no one asked me if it would be alright to play music. Regarding the quality of the product, it was mostly acceptable, but there were areas with blemishes that appeared to have occurred during manufacturing. Despite the professionalism of most of the employees and the quality of the work, I would not recommend using this company, especially if you dont want to be greeted by the phrase f your feelings? as soon as you open the door to great them.

This process is so easy. Marie comes to your home and shows you examples of the flooring you are looking for. She is very knowledgeable and honest about the products she sells. As a family owned business she treats both her employees and customers like family. Her son Max was the project manager for installation, he was also very professional and friendly. I love supporting family businesses and they will continue to have my business for any flooring needs I may have down the road. Thank you again Marie and Max.

This process was really easy, They came to my house with a showroom in their van â I never had to go to a store. Scheduling the install was efficient, everyone showed up when they said they were going to â ¦. Everything youâ d want in a customer experience.

Marie and her crew were absolutely wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone interested in new flooring! The process was simple and the end result is stunning! We're so happy with the materials we chose and look forward to using them again in the future when we refinish the flooring in our lower level of our home. The installation process was supposed to last for two full days but the crew worked so efficiently that they finished the project in one day. I contacted them for a price on carpet for a bedroom, hallway and living room. They were on time for the appointment, and it was done very quickly and I was able to select my carpet immediately. After they received the carpet, they made an appointment for installation. This went very smooothly also. The carpet was installed and I am very pleased with the carpet and installation. Would highly recommend this Company.
