"Radon Abatement services is a reliable dependable superb company. I have had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and expeditious, service was professionally and very well done. Most importantly, Radon is gone with its in-house level reduced to almost its outside level. John Swett was very helpful and kindly answered all my emails and quickly addressed every concern I had. This project could not have been done better."

"RDV arrived on time and performed the work quickly (replaced the Radon vent fan in the garage ceiling). There are no leaks!"

"Excellent Water/Well Testing Service from NextDay Inspect – Highly Recommend! I recently had a water/well test done by NextDay Inspect, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to receiving the results, everything was seamless and professional. Sonya, the inspector who came out, was amazing. She was punctual, thorough, and took the time to explain the entire testing process. She made sure I understood what was being tested and why, which gave me confidence in the results. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how well everything was organized. The results were delivered quickly, and NextDay followed up to make sure I had all the information I needed. I can confidently say that NextDay Inspect provides top-tier service, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing water/well testing."

"JT of Dragon Ridge performed a Home Inspection and Radon Testing of a SFH in Fairfax, VA. JT arrived before I did, and was already examining the exterior of the property. While we waiting for my realtor to arrive, he grabbed a ladder and did a complete inspection of the roof (not all inspectors do this). Once we got inside, he explained the processes and we began. I shadowed him throughout the whole processes, and it was a wonderful experience. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was always willing to provide complete and educational answers about both the good and the bad he found. We got the report later that evening, and it was well written, with plenty of pictures of any deficiencies. He also performed a Radon test, and reported the results a few days later. I spoke to him over the phone about the findings, and he was able to discuss in detail the methodology he used, and the meanings of the testing numbers. Overall, I would highly recommend JT and Dragon Ridge."

"Had to proactively remind them for a testing kit but otherwise swift and timely service. Radon level was reduced."

"You certainly get what you pay for! While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached. Will certainly recommend to others, and will use them for any future home inspection needs we have!"

"Rodney is extremely professional, easy to schedule and highly knowledgeable about lead testing! Have used him many times and will continue moving forward. Highly recommend."

"I felt I was in good hands when working with Mr. Schmid. He was careful, thorough and knowledgeable doing the inspections, and provided excellent and quick report afterwards. I definitely will be a returning customer and will also recommend him to friends for future home inspection needs."
