They were very good. It was a wet extraction method. It is a newer firm like two guys. They were pretty thorough, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. After the carpet dried, I noticed a spot that was not to my liking and they came back and took care of it. It was an Angie’s List super service award winner; buy it now for three areas for $179. Bill and Rick were the two technicians that came. Everything was right on schedule. It was perfect in every way in terms of what they did. They were very personable and professional. The same guys came back when I asked that something else be looked at that I was not satisfied with. They came back right on schedule, redid that portion and everything was fine.

The provider arrived on time, was completely professional and began work immediately upon arriving. I have a three floor townhome with carpets on every floor. They cleaned every floor, including the landing between floors 2 and 3. I pointed out heavy stains and the provider took extra care to remove them. We were very happy with the result.

They did a really good job. They took their time. It was my basement carpet which got pretty dirty. He spent the time to get it really clean. That was good. I like the fact that they're not using a whole lot of chemicals. They were good, reliable, and prompt. I would use them again. I thought the price was reasonable.

The work Bill and Rick did was excellent. They thoroughly cleaned every carpet, and restored them to an almost new conditions. They took there time, and did the job right. We have no complaints, and will use them again, and recommend them--total professionals.

They were very professional and there were 4 people. I liked that the owner of the company actually came to the house in leading the team in doing the work. They made sure to put mats down on my hardwood floors to prevent the floors from getting wet. They were very thorough and they just did a very good job. I called them on a Thursday and they were out the next day. They did call in the window but it was just 5 minutes before it ended. I was expecting them earlier but they were within the window that they gave me.

Everything went well, there was a little glitch on the arrival time due to a vehicle mechanical problem-- but they called ahead, let me know the delay and when they would arrive. They arrived within minutes of the rescheduled time and their work is spot on!

Initially I was wondering why Bill hadn't returned my call but i got to speak to him and was apologetic. He was very accommodating in terms of scheduling to get estimate done as well as the actual cleaning date. The date kept getting delayed but Bill promised he would get it done. He indicated he got sick and worked lots of overtime due to emergency calls. I understood his position and was flexible as long as he got the work done before my move-in date. In turn, Bill was also understanding and flexible of my schedule and deadline. He got it done by working until late Sunday night so that I could move in with no problem. I think that timing issues will always occur but it is more important that in the end, the issues are straightened out and work is done beyond one's expectations. Bill was exceptional in this regard.
