"Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. Very satisfied."

"We are fixing up an older home with original 1962 hardwood floors that were not in good condition. Pachecos added unfinished wood floor to the kitchen then refinished all flooring to match. It turned out very nice. Amy was always available via text and followed through on schedule. I will use them again in the future."

He spotted items that needed attention and fixed them as they went along, such as wood damage and squeaks in the floor boards. Add commercial grade pads to all the furniture legs.
