"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"The team exceeded our expectations. They showed up in a timely manner, were courteous and had the job done within the hour. They use professional equipment and added free deodorizer to our carpets. My oriental rug looks like it came out of the store. Due to our pets we had some tough stains but with superior fabric cleaners, non of the stains survived. My carpets is clean, fresh and ready for the next person to move in. Highly recommend this company."

He spotted items that needed attention and fixed them as they went along, such as wood damage and squeaks in the floor boards. Add commercial grade pads to all the furniture legs. They were able to dry it out while we were out of town, replaced our laminate floors, and gave us suggestions on how to prevent future water damage.
