"Anthony is Extreemly Responsive! I happend to submit a request in the very early hours of the moring and he responded immeaditly! Additionally when I spoke to Anthony on the phone, I told him that my request for carpet cleaning and Tile Grout cleaning was an Emergency due to the house being shown the next day to prospective buyers. Anthony advised me that he would be able to squeze me in the same day! Anthony worked very hard and late into the evening cleaning the carpet in the whole basement and the ceramic tile and grout in the two upstairs bathrooms. He was very friendly and affable during the whole process and he did and EXCELLENT cleaning job. The carpet in the Basement looked like it did when it was brand new and the bathroom tile floors were sparkling white! I will definitely recomend Anthony and his company Drymaster Solutions to my Realtor and all of my family and friends! Also when I need carpet cleaning or tile cleaning servies again, I will definitely hire him and his company again!"

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"Nora was outstanding.  Immediately upon arrival she started in the bathroom.  I had a clog sink and they were able to unclog it and continue to service the remainder of my polace.  They didn't spend alot of time chatting about what needed to be done and that was refreshing to see.  I had gotten my carpets cleanned prior to her arrival and she was very careful not track dirt from the hallways back into my apartment.  Overall, her service was outstanding
