"Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"The team exceeded our expectations. They showed up in a timely manner, were courteous and had the job done within the hour. They use professional equipment and added free deodorizer to our carpets. My oriental rug looks like it came out of the store. Due to our pets we had some tough stains but with superior fabric cleaners, non of the stains survived. "Nora was outstanding. Immediately upon arrival she started in the bathroom. I had a clog sink and they were able to unclog it and continue to service the remainder of my polace. They didn't spend alot of time chatting about what needed to be done and that was refreshing to see. I had gotten my carpets cleanned prior to her arrival and she was very careful not track dirt from the hallways back into my apartment. Overall, her service was outstanding
