I called Brian at Rescue Roofing to inspect the area where the branches of a large tree had been rubbing the shingles. I pointed out the edge where I'd seen shingles flipped up; they had since flattened back down. He performed the free inspection and told me he could see the damage. He gave me a firm price and we scheduled the repair. Brian and his associate were right on time, got up there and fixed my shingles. I told him I couldn't even see the repair. Later, I realized the repair was made in a different area, not along the roof edge. I called Brian again and explained. He told me the area he fixed had shingles that had been rubbed all the way through. I had not been able to see that area two stories above me. But Brian scheduled another visit. They arrived a little early that morning. The shingles I had seen flipped up were quickly replaced. When I asked what I owed for this visit, Brian said, “Nothing” and explained he had not understood which spot I’d seen, but replaced the shingles that were in very bad shape the first time. This professional, can-do attitude really makes me trust and respect Brian. I believe his price was fair and I believe he & his helper did quality work. I hope I do not need his help again any time soon, but whenever I do have roofing needs, I will not hesitate to call Rescue Roofing again.

They responded to my voice mail within an hour and were at my house patching the leaking skylight that very same morning. The following week they arrived promptly and replaced the damaged skylight with a new one. They even cleaned my gutters all along the back of the house for no charge. They were extremely polite and professional.

All the work performed was top notch. Brian obviously knows his business, and I felt confident in his assessment and completed repairs. I actually ended up calling him twice in a month's time, as I had multiple shingles tear off in two different high wind events, from different areas of the roof. Both times, Brian was on time and did what needed to be done quickly, but without rushing. It should be noted that the first time I got in touch, it was the result of a "blind" internet search, so even with reading other reviews, there is that uncertainty in going with a company out of the blue. I can without hesitation recommend Brian, and Rescue Roofing. Prompt, honest, professional, and dependable. Don't hesitate to call for roof repairs.

My neighbor used Rescue Roofing to address an issue with her roof that had resulted from high winds.  Since she was pleased and Rescue Roofing had a positive reputation on Angie's List, I decided to give them a try.  I gave Brian a call and with the exchange of a few pictures by text message, I promptly received a quote and an expected date for completion.  
Given the small size of the job and the lack of immediate problems if there was a delay in fixing the issue, I was willing to be flexible. I had previously contacted several other roofers, but they seemed less than interested.  With Brian, however, it was clear that he understood what needed to be done and even though we were in the middle of a rainy period, he was able to accurately forecast when the job would be done.
All-in-all it was a straightforward and positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Rescue Roofing in the future.

Replaced shingles and damaged plywood for entire roof.

The owner, Fred Brown, had done a job for my daughter, so she recommended him. I got estimates from 3 other company's. First was  $4200, second was $3500 and the last was $2900. Brian with Rescue Roofing matched the $2900, and because of the experience with my daughter, I went with them.

Rescue Roofing was recommended by a friend who had several positive experiences.  I called Brian directly and set up an appointment to have my roof inspected.  He was very upfront that there was a $100 fee to inspect.  He showed up on time and was very professional.  He found a few things and offered to recommend some materials (caulk) if I wanted to do things myself or he could do it for an additional $50.  For another $50 it wasn't worth pulling my ladder out.  Brian did a really nice job caulking, driving in some loose nails and generally tuning up the roof.  He had some recommendations I should look at 3-5 years down the road, which I appreciated.  There was zero pressure, just an honest giy providing an honest service.  I would recommend Rescue Roofing and Brian to anyone.

They were efficient and just great people. The owner came out personally and fixed my siding. I called them and in days they were out here. He was very kind, I was impressed. He brought out the best siding to do the repair.
