They paid attention to all the architectural details when they installed the vinyl siding, so much so that many neighbors didn't realize it was vinyl siding. They also replaced all the windows and rebuilt the front porch. We have received so many compliments; they truly have exceeded my expectations. Their price was in line, or a little more than other contractors we got quotes from, but I doubt that the other contractors would have done as good a job; they offer a great value, plus they replaced all rotten wood without charging us extra, like the other contractors would have. I highly recommend them. One of the best contracting experiences I've had."

I called a half dozen companies for estimates, and Glass Impressions was the clear winner -- despite being booked up for the week, the gentleman I spoke to recognized the urgency of my request and sent someone over the following morning to give me a quote. Our sales representative, Roberto Munoz, has been an absolute pleasure to work with for all of our installations. Their customer service is excellent and their products are the best in the industry. Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. On a personal note, our sales representative (Roberto) is a very faith based, honest human being and we have never been happier with a contractor or sales representative. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Overall, from my experiences, Castle Windows is the best window and door company in the region. We did extensive research in comparing them to Pella, Anderson and other companies and Castle's product quality, installation and pricing was the best value by far.
