This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this.

The new windows look great. The installation team was professional and careful. While the installation took longer than the estimated time, the result was worth the wait. I'd rather have it done right than have a rushed installation.

They did a great job from start to finish ,the salesman was very informative.the office always let me know what time the workers would be on the job each day.the installers did a professional job and kept the job clean every day.I was very pleased and will be doing other projects with this company very soon.

I highly recommend this company for window replacement. It is at the top end as far as cost is concerned, but they provide excellent product quality and performance in exchange. I love my new kitchen window and I would absolutely work with them again.

We had a full replacement of all the windows in our home (34) . The job went quicker than the time allotted and the crew was prompt, friendly, and efficient . The product is exceptional. The house is quieter and cheaper to cool. I highly recommend.

We recently had all our windows replaced with Renewable by Anderson and love them! We highly recommend working with Chris Taylor. He offered solutions that brought the project within our budget, while still checking-off all the boxes we had requested. The windows that Chris helped us to select, have undoubtedly raised the value of our property by maximizing our views, improving efficiency, and enhancing the design and asthetics of the home. The window installation crew did a fantastic job as well. The hard working crew replaced 22 windows in 2 days! They were very respectful of our home by using drop cloths on flooring, covering nearby furniture, and periodically stopping to vacuum dust and sweep.
